About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Microsoft technologies, modern web development frameworks, and enterprise software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing business-critical applications while contributing to technical excellence and agile delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint (SPFx) solutions, including custom web parts and related components.
- Develop, integrate, deploy, maintain, and document web-based and client/server applications.
- Work across both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and promote software development best practices.
- Analyze and resolve application performance issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve software infrastructure and application architecture.
- Ensure compliance with change management, source control, and configuration management processes.
- Develop reusable components and encourage continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the development, testing, and delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and .NET Core/.NET technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Web APIs and RESTful services.
- Proven experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and experience with RabbitMQ and Redis.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git for source control and project management.
- Strong front-end development experience with React, Redux, and Hooks.
- Knowledge of TDD, SOLID principles, code review practices, and design patterns.
- Working knowledge of Python and Java programming languages.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal (minimum B1 level).
