About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who will play a critical role in managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring service continuity, and coordinating cross-functional processes in a dynamic, multi-client environment.This role requires a strong combination of client management, project coordination, and HR/payroll regulatory knowledge, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service continuity.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in line with defined service levels and deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Payroll, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Support and actively participate in client onboarding and implementation processes, including data collection, validation, and process documentation.
  • Monitor client service levels, identify risks proactively, and escalate issues when necessary with clear ownership.
  • Organize and lead regular client meetings, providing structured updates on project status, risks, and action plans.
  • Analyze client needs and provide clear guidance on HR, payroll, and regulatory processes.
  • Ensure all processes are executed in compliance with local labor law, social security regulations, and data protection requirements.
  • Capture and manage client feedback, requests, and complaints, ensuring continuous improvement of service quality.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, supporting service standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure alignment with internal quality and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or client-facing roles
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law (4857), Social Security Law (5510), and relevant regulations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience in client management and project coordination is highly preferred
